I have struggled with the lack flexibility all my life and am always reluctant to attend a yoga class. Knowing the many benefits of yoga, a friend asked me to attend Katie's class. In one class, I became an instant fan and will return again and again. What separates Katie from the rest of the instructors/classes I have attended is that she tailors (patiently) the positions to your level of capability - either modifying to be easier or more difficult. So if you are contemplating attending this class, just sign up and do it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
