the foreign lady on the switch is useless!!!! (the other one is v helpful) i called and asked to be put through to a particular area, there's no answer and i'm put through to a message bank. So i call back and say it didn't go through, and it didn't seem like a ward that i was put through to, so is there anyone else i can speak with? Can you suggest who else i talk to?And then the stupid gum nut goes off her rocker and starts ranting and raving in a foreign tongue about me not knowing what i'm talking about and who are you anyway, whats your details, i want to know who i'm talking with before i go directing you?....... like seriously you gronk - you are the switch for a public health service, not a security firm.... so how about a little less interrogation, and a little more assistance!
