I WOULD NOT recommend The Property Shop Mudgee. Selling your property is a Stressful experience for yourself and your family , Our experience was very disappointing. In the future remember to give agents in Mudgee a call before you sign up with these people.

As a local guide, it is hard to criticize some business you know because Mudgee is such a small town.I have sold 3 properties and bought one in past two years. I have rented 2 residential houses and one commercial property in Mudgee in past two years as well.When it come to residential rental, i'd give 5 stars. Staffs are friendly. When it comes to purchase, i'd give 3 stars. Agents are not really motivated to sell. Commercial lease is the worst. You have to literally beg them to sign on a contract.And they judge you from what you have and where you are from. They don't seem to know that the tenants are also their customers too. Especially when mudgee's commercial property market is really slow.Overall, you have to chase them to get anything done. I personally don't understand why people would list their property to the Property shop when they simply don't have right attitude.I guess their service fee must be really cheap.
